We know your time is valuable. With that in mind, we have combined several appointments into your initial visit. After Dr. Rosenberg performs an extensive examination (which will include digital photographs and any necessary x-rays) an assessment will be made of you or your child’s treatment needs. Most importantly, all of your questions will be answered. Depending on what Dr. Rosenberg sees, he may even be ready to get you or your loved one started with an impression that day. Everything included in this initial appointment is at no cost to you.
Our objective is to make sure each of your visits are pleasant and informative. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough orthodontic clinical examination. At the consultation appointment, each of us will do our very best to make sure you are seen on time, answer all of your questions and concerns, recommend treatment that we would recommend to our own families, and be absolutely flexible in our financial arrangements.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your first visit:
- Completed online or printed patient registration forms and orthodontic health questionnaire.
- If you have medical or dental insurance, please bring your card or the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
If for some reason you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact our Burke office at (703) 250-2208 or our Gainesville office at (571) 248-4355. By doing so you allow another patient to use that time as well as reschedule your appointment. If it is after hours leave your name and number and a brief message on our answering machine and we will return your call in the morning.
Regular Dental Visits
Maintaining good oral hygiene is vital when wearing braces! This is why Dr. Rosenberg partners with your regular dental care team to ensure you maintain optimum oral health throughout orthodontic treatment. He even provides you with all the necessary tools to be successful. It is imperative you continue to see your dentist and hygienist at least every six months (sometimes even more often) while you are in your braces. Together we can help you get and maintain a smile to be envied!
Financing
Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to a beautiful smile and we will do our best to make treatment affordable for your financial needs. Our in-house financing programs are available with little money down and no interest charges.

If you have an insurance plan or union contract that will pay a portion of your orthodontic or TMJ, treatment fees, we will be happy to assist you in claiming your benefits. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement insurance benefits are paid according to the terms of your contract with them, and according to their schedule of payments. You are responsible to the doctor for all services rendered; your insurance company is responsible to you.
